Narrative:
Midway tower cleared me to taxi into position hold behind a departing lear jet on runway 31C. As I began my takeoff roll, I felt a small bump but continued the takeoff, assuming it was a flaw in the pavement. Shortly after that though, I saw what appeared to be glass in front of me on the runway. It seemed to pass under my right main gear and then I felt a large bump. I aborted the takeoff and notified the tower that I thought there was glass on the runway. I taxied off the runway onto taxiway 'P' and inspected my landing gear. I did not see any damage to the gear and was later cleared to takeoff on runway 22L. After takeoff, I noticed a vibration in the end and requested to come back to the airport. After returning to the ramp, I discovered damage to the propeller tips that occurred when I picked up debris on the runway with the propeller.
