Narrative:
Total scheduled hours for the days flts was 7:54 hours. We were scheduled as follows yum to phx/phx to tex/tex to phx/phx to tex/tex to phx/phx to yum. Due to WX, our flts to tex were rescheduled to mtj even though it was possible to go to tex on both occasions. The extra time was not correctly accounted for by our dispatch operations, I believe, and our new scheduled time would have put us at about 8.30 hours of scheduled flight time which is not legal. The captain called dispatch when we had returned to phx from the second round trip from tex and told them we were timed out. We were told it was ok to fly to yum even though we had flown 8.2 hours already. We posed the question of the extra mileage/time it took us to go to montrose and dispatch said it was WX related. The captain and I believed that since we never attempted to land at tex and were scheduled for mtj that it was not WX related. We flew the flight from phx to yum under duress of losing job, which put us at 9.1 hours for the day's total flight time. Corrective actions: make it a penalty for any company to threaten job of such disputes.

Title: FAR 135 FLT TIME PROB.
Narrative: TOTAL SCHEDULED HRS FOR THE DAYS FLTS WAS 7:54 HRS. THE EXTRA TIME WAS NOT CORRECTLY ACCOUNTED FOR BY OUR DISPATCH OPS, I BELIEVE, AND OUR NEW SCHEDULED TIME WOULD HAVE PUT US AT ABOUT 8.30 HRS OF SCHEDULED FLT TIME WHICH IS NOT LEGAL. THE CAPT CALLED DISPATCH WHEN WE HAD RETURNED TO PHX FROM THE SECOND ROUND TRIP FROM TEX AND TOLD THEM WE WERE TIMED OUT. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS OK TO FLY TO YUM EVEN THOUGH WE HAD FLOWN 8.2 HRS ALREADY. WE POSED THE QUESTION OF THE EXTRA MILEAGE/TIME IT TOOK US TO GO TO MONTROSE AND DISPATCH SAID IT WAS WX RELATED. THE CAPT AND I BELIEVED THAT SINCE WE NEVER ATTEMPTED TO LAND AT TEX AND WERE SCHEDULED FOR MTJ THAT IT WAS NOT WX RELATED. WE FLEW THE FLT FROM PHX TO YUM UNDER DURESS OF LOSING JOB, WHICH PUT US AT 9.1 HRS FOR THE DAY'S TOTAL FLT TIME. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: MAKE IT A PENALTY FOR ANY COMPANY TO THREATEN JOB OF SUCH DISPUTES.
