Narrative:
Lost #1 and #2 communications immediately after takeoff at dfw. Continued flight plan wbound and squawked 7600 (loss communication). Recovered both communications after approximately 4-5 mins, notified departure of momentary loss of communication. I feel they did not notice 7600 squawk until I asked them if they received 7600 from our aircraft. Captain's audio panel had been replaced prior to departure at dfw and maintenance believed the radio had not been racked properly and caused a glitch which popped several circuit breakers on the overhead panel. After regaining both communications and conferring with maintenance, it was decided to continue to destination.
