Narrative:

On approach to sju, cleared to patty and visual to runway 8. Changed frequencys. Inside patty, cleared to land runway 8. At 700 ft saw aircraft on end of runway 8, called and emphatically told cleared to land runway 10. Rest of approach and landing normal, visibility unlimited. On turn off told to contact tower.
