Narrative:
At approximately XA00 pm, we attempted to open hncsh at the 'new' location. After 5 mins, it was determined that: 1) the pvd at the sector was broken. 2) the frequency (134.32) did not work. 3) the printer had no paper. 4) bofhi had no land line to the new sector. Again, only the professionalism and abilities of all controllers involved prevented possible system errors.

Narrative: AT APPROX XA00 PM, WE ATTEMPTED TO OPEN HNCSH AT THE 'NEW' LOCATION. AFTER 5 MINS, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT: 1) THE PVD AT THE SECTOR WAS BROKEN. 2) THE FREQ (134.32) DID NOT WORK. 3) THE PRINTER HAD NO PAPER. 4) BOFHI HAD NO LAND LINE TO THE NEW SECTOR.
