Narrative:

Before departure captain advised first officer he had called and notified phx customs of our arrival. First officer did not question this. 1 hour and 30 mins prior to ETA at phx. First officer observed captain call dispatch and revise our ETA at phx to RR45Z. Upon arrival at phx first officer discovered customs had not been notified. Captain had actually only left voice mail at this landing rights only airport, and dispatch had not actually spoke with phx customs. Outcome of this unknown. First officer will question captain on future flts to insure his compliance with customs regulations.

FO WILL QUESTION CAPT ON FUTURE FLTS TO INSURE HIS COMPLIANCE WITH CUSTOMS REGS.
