Narrative:
Our mid-11F aircraft are not equipped with an FAA approved crew rest facility. The company has provided us with a futon that we may use if we desire. The futon is placed on the floor adjacent to the L1 door and aft of the 2 FAA approved jumpseats. Several of our flts are over 8 hours and require an additional crewmember on board and rest periods for all 3 crewmembers. The company has put indirect pressure on us to carry company employees as deadheads on these long flts (7-8 hours). In tpe they also schedule a courier to ride from tpe/anc so more ip freight can be carried out of tpe. The deadheads are very disruptive for the resting crewmember. They constantly move through our rest facility (floor) en route to the galley or lavatory. They often open and close doors loudly, turn on lights and generally interrupt what little sleep we can obtain laying on the floor. When the flcs try to deny carrying these deadheads on the over 8 hour trips company management verbally chastises and threatens the crews with disciplinary action. They have abrogated the captain's authority/authorized for jumpseat, made us sleep on the floor like dogs, and disrupted what sleep we may be able to obtain.

Title: CARGO MD11 DOES NOT HAVE ADEQUATE REST FACILITIES ON BOARD WHEN JUMPSEAT PAX ARE ON BOARD.
Narrative: OUR MID-11F ACFT ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH AN FAA APPROVED CREW REST FACILITY. THE COMPANY HAS PROVIDED US WITH A FUTON THAT WE MAY USE IF WE DESIRE. THE FUTON IS PLACED ON THE FLOOR ADJACENT TO THE L1 DOOR AND AFT OF THE 2 FAA APPROVED JUMPSEATS. SEVERAL OF OUR FLTS ARE OVER 8 HRS AND REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL CREWMEMBER ON BOARD AND REST PERIODS FOR ALL 3 CREWMEMBERS. THE COMPANY HAS PUT INDIRECT PRESSURE ON US TO CARRY COMPANY EMPLOYEES AS DEADHEADS ON THESE LONG FLTS (7-8 HRS). IN TPE THEY ALSO SCHEDULE A COURIER TO RIDE FROM TPE/ANC SO MORE IP FREIGHT CAN BE CARRIED OUT OF TPE. THE DEADHEADS ARE VERY DISRUPTIVE FOR THE RESTING CREWMEMBER. THEY CONSTANTLY MOVE THROUGH OUR REST FACILITY (FLOOR) ENRTE TO THE GALLEY OR LAVATORY. THEY OFTEN OPEN AND CLOSE DOORS LOUDLY, TURN ON LIGHTS AND GENERALLY INTERRUPT WHAT LITTLE SLEEP WE CAN OBTAIN LAYING ON THE FLOOR. WHEN THE FLCS TRY TO DENY CARRYING THESE DEADHEADS ON THE OVER 8 HR TRIPS COMPANY MGMNT VERBALLY CHASTISES AND THREATENS THE CREWS WITH DISCIPLINARY ACTION. THEY HAVE ABROGATED THE CAPT'S AUTH FOR JUMPSEAT, MADE US SLEEP ON THE FLOOR LIKE DOGS, AND DISRUPTED WHAT SLEEP WE MAY BE ABLE TO OBTAIN.
