Narrative:
Taxiway lights at sfo are unsafe for a taxi to gate after an actual CAT III approach and landing. After clearing runway 28R and 28L, one cannot taxi safely to gates with low RVR and no centerline taxi lights (green) on inner or outer taxiway. Night would make it worse. No actual incident, but very unsafe condition exists at sfo.

Narrative: TXWY LIGHTS AT SFO ARE UNSAFE FOR A TAXI TO GATE AFTER AN ACTUAL CAT III APCH AND LNDG. AFTER CLRING RWY 28R AND 28L, ONE CANNOT TAXI SAFELY TO GATES WITH LOW RVR AND NO CTRLINE TAXI LIGHTS (GREEN) ON INNER OR OUTER TXWY. NIGHT WOULD MAKE IT WORSE. NO ACTUAL INCIDENT, BUT VERY UNSAFE CONDITION EXISTS AT SFO.
