Narrative:
While on radar vectors from anchorage to victoria a frequency handoff was missed or not given. I monitored the ground track for victoria, as well as listened to other aircraft talking to center on the radio. Once receiving the victoria VOR I saw a drift begin and called center telling them I was receiving victoria VOR. Would they like us to go direct? The response was roger cleared direct the victoria VOR. Contact center on frequency. Upon contacting the next frequency they restated the clearance, and then asked if I was aware that they had rerted traffic because of our lack of communication. I responded no. I was unaware of a frequency handoff being missed until I called center.
