Narrative:
For the second time in 2 weeks (other occurrence 3/xx/95) the tower and approach control were evacuate/evacuationed and ATC service was suspended due to airport air conditioning system failing and releasing refrigerant mixed with lubricant and possibly other substances into ATC operating quarters. One controller went home sick, and others complained of headache, nausea, and dizziness afterward. First evacuate/evacuation lasted 13 mins, second 20 mins.

Title: TWR EVACED BECAUSE OF FUMES.
Narrative: FOR THE SECOND TIME IN 2 WKS (OTHER OCCURRENCE 3/XX/95) THE TWR AND APCH CTL WERE EVACED AND ATC SVC WAS SUSPENDED DUE TO ARPT AIR CONDITIONING SYS FAILING AND RELEASING REFRIGERANT MIXED WITH LUBRICANT AND POSSIBLY OTHER SUBSTANCES INTO ATC OPERATING QUARTERS. ONE CTLR WENT HOME SICK, AND OTHERS COMPLAINED OF HEADACHE, NAUSEA, AND DIZZINESS AFTERWARD. FIRST EVAC LASTED 13 MINS, SECOND 20 MINS.
