Narrative:

On mar/thu/95 we received an aircraft scheduled to fly to lan. After completion of preflight duties, we began to board our passenger. Everything was normal except for the fuel level which had been noted at 100 pounds per side, a figure very low for an emb-120. After landing in lan, we were met by an FAA inspector who first noticed fuel seeping from under a right wing fuel panel. We called for contract maintenance and completed the appropriate paper work for full compliance with company and FAA specifications. The return flight to cleveland, oh, was completed without further incident.
