Narrative:

We were cleared for the ILS approach runway 28R at pit. We intercepted GS and started our descent. At approximately 2900 ft MSL a female voice came on the frequency and advised us she was our final approach monitor. Seconds later she advised us to cancel the approach clearance and turn to 010 degrees, climb to 3000 ft. We were at 2500 ft and when she advised us to cancel our approach, we added power, turned north and started to climb to 5000 ft as per missed approach procedures for ILS runway 28R. When hearing climb to 3000 ft we were at 3000 ft and leveled off at 3300 ft. When she said climb to 4000 ft, everything worked out well. No aircraft were requested to deviate and another approach was flown and landing was made.
