Narrative:

After level off at 23000 ft, the cabin altitude continued to climb through its scheduled altitude. We were unable to correct the situation using normal or standby pressurization controls. We descended to 12000 ft and were able to control the cabin altitude using manual mode. Approximately 65 mi south of atlanta the lower galley door unlocked light illuminated in the cockpit. We declared an emergency and not knowing whether the door was unlocked or not. Landed uneventfully in atlanta.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB - ACR COULD NOT MAINTAIN PRESSURIZATION AT FL230 SO THEY DSNDED TO 12000 FT AND THE LOWER GALLEY DOOR UNLOCKED ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED.
