Narrative:

Cleared into position and hold runway 9L. Moments later, cleared for takeoff. Captain called 80 KTS. We both noticed aircraft entering runway. Captain executed rejected takeoff. Asked tower what happened. They did not know and cleared us back to runway 9L for takeoff.
