Narrative:
In a descent to level off at 6000 ft numerous targets were brought to our attention. While looking for the nearest aircraft, PF allowed our aircraft to descend 150 ft below assigned altitude. Factors contributing to this altitude deviation were - plane was being hand flown because of many turns dscnts and both pilots were involved looking for other traffic.
