Narrative:
To takeoff at sez, I taxied on the parallel for takeoff on runway 21 as per noise abatement. No radio in aircraft. I saw no traffic, turned 180 degrees to look back southwest for traffic landing on runway 3 as per attached 'recommended runway' information. Saw none, so taxied onto runway 21 for takeoff. As I lifted off, I saw a long-wing (cherokee) wave off above me on the left. I don't know how I missed seeing him on final as I taxied up the parallel, but I did not see him. Scared me, scared him, I'm really lucky he saw me.
