Narrative: FAILED TO NOTICE OPEN DISCREPANCY IN ACFT LOG. FLEW 6 LEGS WITH OPEN DISCREPANCY (OXYGEN LOW). FACTORS AFFECTING: IN A HURRY TO MAINTAIN SCHEDULE WITH ACFT SWAPS, LATE ACFT INBOUND. MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE RUSHED IN TODAY'S AIRLINE ENVIRONMENT.
