Narrative:
Flying low over uninhabited terrain I suddenly came upon a golf course with houses, etc and golfers on course. Before I was able to analyze situation adequately, I passed low overhead some golfers, maybe within 500 ft. Although increased familiarity with locale would have prevented this particular event, I think low flying will always have potential for this problem.

Title: RPTR FLIES BTWN 100 FT AND 500 FT AGL OVER GOLF COURSE AND GOLFERS.
Narrative: FLYING LOW OVER UNINHABITED TERRAIN I SUDDENLY CAME UPON A GOLF COURSE WITH HOUSES, ETC AND GOLFERS ON COURSE. BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO ANALYZE SIT ADEQUATELY, I PASSED LOW OVERHEAD SOME GOLFERS, MAYBE WITHIN 500 FT. ALTHOUGH INCREASED FAMILIARITY WITH LOCALE WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS PARTICULAR EVENT, I THINK LOW FLYING WILL ALWAYS HAVE POTENTIAL FOR THIS PROB.
