Narrative:
On taxi out mia tower cleared us into position and hold, runway 9L. Prior to turning onto runway 9L, captain and I both saw traffic on about a 2 mi final -- appeared to be landing on runway 12. As we were finishing our turn onto runway 9L, traffic on final asked what an airplane was doing on runway 9L. Tower told them to go around. Tower then had us taxi over to runway 12 for departure.

Narrative: ON TAXI OUT MIA TWR CLRED US INTO POS AND HOLD, RWY 9L. PRIOR TO TURNING ONTO RWY 9L, CAPT AND I BOTH SAW TFC ON ABOUT A 2 MI FINAL -- APPEARED TO BE LNDG ON RWY 12. AS WE WERE FINISHING OUR TURN ONTO RWY 9L, TFC ON FINAL ASKED WHAT AN AIRPLANE WAS DOING ON RWY 9L. TWR TOLD THEM TO GAR. TWR THEN HAD US TAXI OVER TO RWY 12 FOR DEP.
