Narrative:
Rapidly climbing lear 36 busted his FL270 altitude by 500-600 ft activating our TCASII warning to climb. We climbed rapidly to FL290 and notified mem ATC on 126.45 of climb and situation. Lear claimed he held 2500 FPM climb to FL270 and never went above, our data on TCASII showed him at FL275-FL276 possibly FL280. No good jet pilot approachs an altitude at 2500 FPM climb.

Narrative: RAPIDLY CLBING LEAR 36 BUSTED HIS FL270 ALT BY 500-600 FT ACTIVATING OUR TCASII WARNING TO CLB. WE CLBED RAPIDLY TO FL290 AND NOTIFIED MEM ATC ON 126.45 OF CLB AND SIT. LEAR CLAIMED HE HELD 2500 FPM CLB TO FL270 AND NEVER WENT ABOVE, OUR DATA ON TCASII SHOWED HIM AT FL275-FL276 POSSIBLY FL280. NO GOOD JET PLT APCHS AN ALT AT 2500 FPM CLB.
