Holding over sps, in WX, icing conditions, experienced slow rise in cabin pressure along with flow light. After several mins of trouble-shooting, unable to correct problem. Asked ATC for and received clearance for expedited descent to a lower altitude. In a descending left turn, at around 10000 ft, pressurization system returned to normal. Diverted to okc due to thunderstorms at dfw and pressurization malfunction. Landed okc, maintenance unable to fix. Flew to okc-dfw in another aircraft with passenger.
