Narrative:

We were running late. In an effort to arrive on time, we exceeded filed true airspeed by more than 10 percent. We didn't really think about exceeding that limit, therefore, we didn't report our speed to center. Neglecting the reporting rule was inadvertent.

Narrative: WE WERE RUNNING LATE. IN AN EFFORT TO ARRIVE ON TIME, WE EXCEEDED FILED TRUE AIRSPD BY MORE THAN 10 PERCENT. WE DIDN'T REALLY THINK ABOUT EXCEEDING THAT LIMIT, THEREFORE, WE DIDN'T RPT OUR SPD TO CTR. NEGLECTING THE RPTING RULE WAS INADVERTENT.
