Narrative:

Got a TCASII RA on final approach to runway 4R climbed off GS up 500 ft. Aircraft climbed up from 3 O'clock and approached no closer than 800 ft. Event occurred at 4600 ft. ATC was advised and reclred us for the approach. Aircraft was not seen it was IMC.
