Narrative:
Passenger needed emergency medical help. Passenger passed out and there was a doctor on board to render aid. She said passenger was critical and needed to be on ground as soon as possible. We were then cleared direct to destination (phl). I requested and received clearance to exceed 250 KTS below 10000 ft MSL. Landing uneventful. Passenger received immediate care at gate from paramedics.

Narrative: PAX NEEDED EMER MEDICAL HELP. PAX PASSED OUT AND THERE WAS A DOCTOR ON BOARD TO RENDER AID. SHE SAID PAX WAS CRITICAL AND NEEDED TO BE ON GND ASAP. WE WERE THEN CLRED DIRECT TO DEST (PHL). I REQUESTED AND RECEIVED CLRNC TO EXCEED 250 KTS BELOW 10000 FT MSL. LNDG UNEVENTFUL. PAX RECEIVED IMMEDIATE CARE AT GATE FROM PARAMEDICS.
