Narrative:
Company computer generated flight plan showed lax-abq-irw- atl-clt. ATC clearance via pre departure clearance (ACARS) showed lax-abq-irw- tul-as filed-clt. Did not catch discrepancy until irw after turning toward atl vice tul. ACARS generated flight plan did not have the position of route which had been changed from the filed plan enclosed in dashes which is normal procedure.

Narrative: COMPANY COMPUTER GENERATED FLT PLAN SHOWED LAX-ABQ-IRW- ATL-CLT. ATC CLRNC VIA PDC (ACARS) SHOWED LAX-ABQ-IRW- TUL-AS FILED-CLT. DID NOT CATCH DISCREPANCY UNTIL IRW AFTER TURNING TOWARD ATL VICE TUL.
