Narrative:
While engaged in law enforcement activities, I was flying TH55 helicopter owned by the sheriff's office. I was involved in a pursuit involving armed robbery suspects. Suspects bailed out of the vehicles and fled on foot. I located one suspect and followed him into a wooded area where I lost visual contact. After about 20 mins the subject was located inside an open area surrounded by a fence. The suspect tried to climb the fence to get back into the woods. I lowered the helicopter in attempt to force him back, but he would not stop. I lowered the helicopter further causing light contact of the right skid to the shoulder area of the suspect nudging him off the fence. The subject fell off the fence into the wooded area and ran off but was arrested by ground units several mins later.
