Narrative:
Flight plans were issued and filed for several flts using computerized flight planning database as provided by company, using methodology as utilized by company. Flts were re-dispatched for fuel economy to iad using re- dispatch point of bwz. Due to a programming error, the computer generated a route and subsequent flight plan that was not in compliance with the nmps route message for the proper nar route sequence from the coastal fix to the final destination. As proper methods had been utilized to prepare the plan, the mistakes were not idented prior to sending the ICAO flight plan and the company flight plan. It became known when the captain of flight crew C, jul/sun/95, man-atl, advised flight control at approximately jul/sun/95 XA50Z of mistake on flight plan. Further investigation revealed the mistake on all flight plans re-dispatched at bwz. Flight control automation and administration advised on jul/mon/95.
