Narrative:
During scheduled maintenance it was discovered that a mathematical error transposing hobbs time to total airframe time resulted in the aircraft being flown beyond a scheduled and required maintenance inspection. Supplemental information from acn 309610: record-keeping has been revised to eliminate future errors of this sort.

Title: MULTIPLE PLT RPTS ON FLYING AN ACFT WHEN IT WAS OVERDUE FOR SCHEDULED MAINT ACTIVITY. LOGBOOK ERROR.
Narrative: DURING SCHEDULED MAINT IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT A MATHEMATICAL ERROR TRANSPOSING HOBBS TIME TO TOTAL AIRFRAME TIME RESULTED IN THE ACFT BEING FLOWN BEYOND A SCHEDULED AND REQUIRED MAINT INSPECTION. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 309610: RECORD-KEEPING HAS BEEN REVISED TO ELIMINATE FUTURE ERRORS OF THIS SORT.
