Narrative: INFO REGARDING POSSIBLE ROUTING CHANGE WAS NOT RELAYED TO CAPT BY AGENT AT POINT OF DEP CAUSING CONFUSION ABOUT ROUTINE AT ONE POINT LATER IN THE FLT. ROUTING WAS CLARIFIED ENRTE WITHOUT INCIDENT, BUT THIS DEMONSTRATES THE NEED FOR COMPLETE AND THOROUGH COM AT ALL TIMES.
