Narrative:
Missed crossing restr at plsnt intersection by approximately 1500 ft, cleared to cross plsnt (phx 341/35) intersection at 12000 ft and 250 KTS by ZAB. First officer programmed the FMC, but entered the wrong latitude/longitude. We began our descent from FL290 late and could not make the assigned restr. We requested relief, a 360 degree turn, but ZAB could not grant such request. I informed phx approach of our error and called them when we landed at sky harbor international airport!

Narrative: MISSED XING RESTR AT PLSNT INTXN BY APPROX 1500 FT, CLRED TO CROSS PLSNT (PHX 341/35) INTXN AT 12000 FT AND 250 KTS BY ZAB. FO PROGRAMMED THE FMC, BUT ENTERED THE WRONG LATITUDE/LONGITUDE.
