Narrative:

Inbound for landing at sheridan I used cpr AFSS information for wind and altimeter, then used CTAF of 123.0 for advisory of my position southeast and intention to land runway 32 via the newly commissioned ILS. I continued to broadcast my position until short final when I noticed a piper pacer rolling out at my point of intended touchdown, requiring that I go around. Upon landing I contacted the pilot of the pacer who showed me his flight guide with 123.6 listed as CTAF. The guide was current, but inaccurate.
