Narrative:
I was flying the L-15 from jfk to ory. This was my initial transoceanic operating experience with a line check airman in the first officer seat. At approximately 25 west the #1 engine rolled back. There were no indications of any problem with the engine. It simply just stopped operating. We were at FL370. We performed the required track exit procedure and drifted down to FL330. We received clearance from shanwick radio to proceed to our etp altitude, snn, at FL280. We performed an in-flight relight procedure and regained the #1 engine but only at idle power. At this point we were reclred to gatwick for maintenance. Shortly after that we regained full power on #1 engine and elected to continue to paris. The engine operated normally until we were at the OM for runway 26 at which time, the #1 engine failed again. I continued to fly the aircraft and made a successful one engine inoperative landing. Rollout and taxi-in were normal. Maintenance determined we had a faulty fuel flow regulator on #1 engine.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB. #1 ENG FAILURE.

THE ENG OPERATED NORMALLY UNTIL WE WERE AT THE OM FOR RWY 26 AT WHICH TIME, THE #1 ENG FAILED AGAIN. I CONTINUED TO FLY THE ACFT AND MADE A SUCCESSFUL ONE ENG INOP LNDG. ROLLOUT AND TAXI-IN WERE NORMAL. MAINT DETERMINED WE HAD A FAULTY FUEL FLOW REGULATOR ON #1 ENG.
