Narrative:

I was doing aerial photography of a bike race and campground on the morning of july/fri/95. I did not overfly persons or property at low altitude. I maintained a safe horizontal and vertical clearance. A lot of flat cleared farmland bordered the camp and bikers. I have found that many people were upset at the noise. I feel people would have been less disturbed if they knew our aircraft would be near them that morning.

Narrative: I WAS DOING AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY OF A BIKE RACE AND CAMPGROUND ON THE MORNING OF JULY/FRI/95. I DID NOT OVERFLY PERSONS OR PROPERTY AT LOW ALT. I MAINTAINED A SAFE HORIZ AND VERT CLRNC.
