Narrative:
Level at 11000 ft MSL on nanci STAR. Got TCASII RA with ATC traffic call. TCASII called for descent green band centered at 2000 FPM. Called and initiated descent. Got monitor vertical speed and clear of traffic at 10500 ft. Offered to climb, ATC cleared us for further descent. Aircraft passed almost directly overhead to left traveling in opposite direction. Aircraft was t-tail twin (possible commuter).

Narrative: LEVEL AT 11000 FT MSL ON NANCI STAR. GOT TCASII RA WITH ATC TFC CALL. TCASII CALLED FOR DSCNT GREEN BAND CTRED AT 2000 FPM. CALLED AND INITIATED DSCNT. GOT MONITOR VERT SPD AND CLR OF TFC AT 10500 FT. OFFERED TO CLB, ATC CLRED US FOR FURTHER DSCNT. ACFT PASSED ALMOST DIRECTLY OVERHEAD TO L TRAVELING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION. ACFT WAS T-TAIL TWIN (POSSIBLE COMMUTER).
