Narrative:

While on final approach with no abnormals we received a fire bell and fire warning on the #2 (center) engine. This occurred on final at approximately 800 ft AGL. The first officer and I completed the immediate action steps which includes shutting down the affected engine. We then landed uneventfully. After landing I completed the rest of the checklist. Tower observed no smoke or abnormals in the area of our center engine. We taxied to the gate and handed over the aircraft to maintenance with no further incident. There was no obvious reason for the warning. No engine abnormals were observed.
