Narrative:
Upon completion of MOA (R6903) and minnow MOA on jul/sat/95, ZAU informed me the lead F-16 in the flight of 4, that the south element (13 and 14) had spilled out of the MOA to the south and became a concern to an airline flight. Review of our on-board system indicated that 13 and 14 may have spilled out by approximately 5 NM. I was not aware that 13 and 14 had spilled out until rtb to our home base when ZAU told me on the radio. He did not indicate that I should call anyone or attempt to contact anyone regarding this event. Supplemental information from acn 312945: ZAU reported xyz airline filing report. F16 flight visually saw jet liner at 15-20 NM south. F16C flight spilled out south due to large thunderstorm in north of R6903. Reference in 176FS in-flight guide poorly marked area boundaries.
