Narrative:
After landing rollout, tower reported smoke coming from the right main landing gear. There were no indications of any malfunction in the cockpit, it had been a normal uneventful landing. Due to the amount of smoke, tower declared an emergency. We taxied a short distance to parking and parked the aircraft. There was a large flat spot on the #4 main landing gear tire. The tire was still inflated. According to the mechanic, we had a momentary anti-skid failure.
