Narrative:
While climbing from FL410 to FL450, I noticed cabin altitude was climbing more rapidly than normal. I requested normal descent to FL250. I manually adjusted cabin with manual pressurization and returned to automatic pressurization mode with normal results. I requested climb to FL410 and completed flight with no reoccurrences of pressurization problem.
