Narrative:
I was taking off runway 21 after checking for other aircraft and after monitoring 122.8 and announcing my intentions. After lift off, I observed the other aircraft apparently on final to runway 03. It veered to the right as did I. It never came up on the radio nor flew any type of pattern. Neither aircraft was in danger since we saw each other in time to avoid coming close enough to create a danger.
