Narrative:
We were cleared by ground control to taxi into the block for runway 18 at dca. Already in the block, in order, was a learjet, an air carrier B727 shuttle, an air carrier B737, and then our aircraft. Another aircraft had taxied into position on the runway as we entered the block and everyone was moving over one spot. We had switched to local control and were told by the tower that 'they want you to go out ahead of the B727 shuttle.' we acknowledged and proceeded around the B737 parked next to us. As the B727 was still maneuvering, we held our position on his right side. The lear 35 was cleared into position on the runway and we were then told to 'pull into the #1 spot in the block.' at this time the B727 had finished maneuvering, so we started around the front of him to the #1 spot. As we looked up at the cockpit of the B727, my first officer and I both saw the B727 first officer looking at us and pointing. The crew of the B727 obviously saw us coming around their aircraft. We continued around the stationary B727 and into the #1 slot in the block and stopped. The lear was cleared for takeoff. At this time a different voice came over the frequency saying 'that wasn't too smart, sure am glad we didn't try to move over in the block.' I realized that it was the B727 captain talking about our maneuver into the #1 spot, but didn't reply. At that time he repeated his observation with 'nxxxx, that wasn't too swift, I was just about to move over in the block, I didn't see you down there.' this is when I lost my temper and replied 'we're following tower instructions, why don't you guys listen up?' after a brief moment of silence, the tower responded with something like 'calm down you guys, there's plenty of airspace out there for everybody. Nxxx he just didn't see you down there and must not have heard what was going on.' at this point we were cleared into position and subsequently for takeoff. 2 days later, at my home base, I was queried by my supervisor as to what happened. It seems that the captain of the B727 'went berserk' at my remark and wanted me reprimanded. If the captain of the largest aircraft maneuvering in the block isn't listening to what's going on around him, can it be very long before one of us 'little guys' actually does get run over?

Title: ATC MOVED A MU3 INTO POS OUT OF SEQUENCE IN THE GND HOLDING BLOCK TO ACCOMMODATE FLOW. A B727 ACR CAPT NOW IN A POS BEHIND THE DIAMOND JET, BECAME HOSTILE ON TWR FREQ. MU3 CAPT BECAME INVOLVED IN THE EXCHANGE.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED BY GND CTL TO TAXI INTO THE BLOCK FOR RWY 18 AT DCA. ALREADY IN THE BLOCK, IN ORDER, WAS A LEARJET, AN ACR B727 SHUTTLE, AN ACR B737, AND THEN OUR ACFT. ANOTHER ACFT HAD TAXIED INTO POS ON THE RWY AS WE ENTERED THE BLOCK AND EVERYONE WAS MOVING OVER ONE SPOT. WE HAD SWITCHED TO LCL CTL AND WERE TOLD BY THE TWR THAT 'THEY WANT YOU TO GO OUT AHEAD OF THE B727 SHUTTLE.' WE ACKNOWLEDGED AND PROCEEDED AROUND THE B737 PARKED NEXT TO US. AS THE B727 WAS STILL MANEUVERING, WE HELD OUR POS ON HIS R SIDE. THE LEAR 35 WAS CLRED INTO POS ON THE RWY AND WE WERE THEN TOLD TO 'PULL INTO THE #1 SPOT IN THE BLOCK.' AT THIS TIME THE B727 HAD FINISHED MANEUVERING, SO WE STARTED AROUND THE FRONT OF HIM TO THE #1 SPOT. AS WE LOOKED UP AT THE COCKPIT OF THE B727, MY FO AND I BOTH SAW THE B727 FO LOOKING AT US AND POINTING. THE CREW OF THE B727 OBVIOUSLY SAW US COMING AROUND THEIR ACFT. WE CONTINUED AROUND THE STATIONARY B727 AND INTO THE #1 SLOT IN THE BLOCK AND STOPPED. THE LEAR WAS CLRED FOR TKOF. AT THIS TIME A DIFFERENT VOICE CAME OVER THE FREQ SAYING 'THAT WASN'T TOO SMART, SURE AM GLAD WE DIDN'T TRY TO MOVE OVER IN THE BLOCK.' I REALIZED THAT IT WAS THE B727 CAPT TALKING ABOUT OUR MANEUVER INTO THE #1 SPOT, BUT DIDN'T REPLY. AT THAT TIME HE REPEATED HIS OBSERVATION WITH 'NXXXX, THAT WASN'T TOO SWIFT, I WAS JUST ABOUT TO MOVE OVER IN THE BLOCK, I DIDN'T SEE YOU DOWN THERE.' THIS IS WHEN I LOST MY TEMPER AND REPLIED 'WE'RE FOLLOWING TWR INSTRUCTIONS, WHY DON'T YOU GUYS LISTEN UP?' AFTER A BRIEF MOMENT OF SILENCE, THE TWR RESPONDED WITH SOMETHING LIKE 'CALM DOWN YOU GUYS, THERE'S PLENTY OF AIRSPACE OUT THERE FOR EVERYBODY. NXXX HE JUST DIDN'T SEE YOU DOWN THERE AND MUST NOT HAVE HEARD WHAT WAS GOING ON.' AT THIS POINT WE WERE CLRED INTO POS AND SUBSEQUENTLY FOR TKOF. 2 DAYS LATER, AT MY HOME BASE, I WAS QUERIED BY MY SUPVR AS TO WHAT HAPPENED. IT SEEMS THAT THE CAPT OF THE B727 'WENT BERSERK' AT MY REMARK AND WANTED ME REPRIMANDED. IF THE CAPT OF THE LARGEST ACFT MANEUVERING IN THE BLOCK ISN'T LISTENING TO WHAT'S GOING ON AROUND HIM, CAN IT BE VERY LONG BEFORE ONE OF US 'LITTLE GUYS' ACTUALLY DOES GET RUN OVER?
