Narrative:

The captain noticed the 'right oil pressure' annunciator was flickering off and on. He confirmed by looking at the right oil pressure gauge which was indicating 60 psi. We elected to do a precautionary engine shutdown. After completing the memory items, we pulled and completed the 'engine fire and/or engine failure in-flight checklist.' we notified ZOB of the situation and declared an emergency.
