Narrative:
While taxiing a lear 25 on the ramp, savannah, GA. I was marshalled by one of the employees between 2 rows of parked aircraft to a spot directly in front of the FBO. Upon exiting the aircraft. I spoke with the lineman advising him that I felt the aircraft was too close to the building and parking areas. I informed him that on start and taxi the jet blast would probably strike the building at least -- I got no reply from the lineman. I loaded the luggage properly securing same, boarded the passenger. I was given the all clear sign to start, started the right engine. After checklist was completed, I was marshalled out of the spot and again through the same 2 rolls of parked aircraft. I think that FBO training at savannah, GA needs to be more knowledgeable about jet blast, the safety of the public and property. Minimal trust and speed was used during taxi, but had someone been walking out the FBO they could have been hurt or property damaged.
