Narrative:
Got an unsatisfactory gear uplatch check on after takeoff checklist. Followed abnormal procedures in aircraft manual and returned to land. Upon returning to the gate, we got a different plane, and maintenance took that plane to the hangar.

Narrative: GOT AN UNSATISFACTORY GEAR UPLATCH CHK ON AFTER TKOF CHKLIST. FOLLOWED ABNORMAL PROCS IN ACFT MANUAL AND RETURNED TO LAND. UPON RETURNING TO THE GATE, WE GOT A DIFFERENT PLANE, AND MAINT TOOK THAT PLANE TO THE HANGAR.
