Narrative:

I was taxing onto runway 35 at 52F. After circling on the run-up pad to check the pattern I proceeded to taxi on to runway for departure. (There are trees that sometimes prevent visual of traffic on final.) this was a case of me being on the runway, an airplane landing over my head. (They should have gone around.) I continued takeoff before aforementioned aircraft was clear of active runway. (I should have discontinued takeoff roll.) the T34 was turning off runway as I flew over at about 100 ft departing. After reviewing this situation, I realize that I should have stopped my takeoff. Not even seeing the T34 before taxiing onto runway because of tree position really is a scary feeling. Perhaps the fact it was late afternoon was affecting my judgement. I felt we were both wrong and learned a great deal from this. I'm glad that no one was hurt.
