Narrative:

Because we were behind schedule, captain (PF) rushed the approach/landing resulting in an unstabilized approach. Final flaps not selected until 400 ft due to airspeed above flap limit speeds. Additionally, at approximately 200 ft, captain descended below GS. I did not interfere because I have flown much with this captain and I had confidence in his ability to land aircraft safely and felt it would be more unsafe to question the captain's actions or take over control at that altitude. Additionally, I felt this captain would resent his ability and authority/authorized being questioned and would be difficult to work with if I had spoken up.

Title: A FAST APCH LED TO LATE CONFIGN AND AN UNSTABILIZED APCH.

Narrative: BECAUSE WE WERE BEHIND SCHEDULE, CAPT (PF) RUSHED THE APCH/LNDG RESULTING IN AN UNSTABILIZED APCH. FINAL FLAPS NOT SELECTED UNTIL 400 FT DUE TO AIRSPD ABOVE FLAP LIMIT SPDS. ADDITIONALLY, AT APPROX 200 FT, CAPT DSNDED BELOW GS. I DID NOT INTERFERE BECAUSE I HAVE FLOWN MUCH WITH THIS CAPT AND I HAD CONFIDENCE IN HIS ABILITY TO LAND ACFT SAFELY AND FELT IT WOULD BE MORE UNSAFE TO QUESTION THE CAPT'S ACTIONS OR TAKE OVER CTL AT THAT ALT. ADDITIONALLY, I FELT THIS CAPT WOULD RESENT HIS ABILITY AND AUTH BEING QUESTIONED AND WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH IF I HAD SPOKEN UP.
