Narrative:
Cleared for full ILS 26 martinsburg, wv, approach. After called at IAF to dulles approach, was then turned over to martinsburg tower. A min or 3 later was told to be at 3300 ft, not at 2400 ft, but aircraft was at OM and proper altitude. So I don't know what dulles was looking at.
