Narrative:
ILS lax runway 25R side-step runway 25L. Tower advised us of potential no-contact traffic off our right. At 600 ft on final approach after side-stepping to runway 25L, we observed a twin beech passing right to left slightly above us. No evasive action was required since, by the time we saw the traffic, the event was over. Traffic was later determined to be beech queen air which was flying an unauthorized approach to lax, then breaking off and continuing to lgb.
