Narrative:
While flying the aircraft we received clearance to descend out of FL350 to FL240 and at least 2000 FPM in descent. Captain acknowledged with full readback. Captain and I confirmed with each other. I then descended as instructed, but passing through FL334 we were told to climb back to FL350, that the clearance was for another flight. We started back up got to FL344 and were told to then go back down to FL240. No conflicts were noted. We were air carrier X flight ceh, the other flight was air carrier Y agh.
