Narrative:
Flight from sea to bli. No passenger on board. Canceled IFR flight plan to fly low altitude and do some sightseeing. Only VFR chart in use was a WAC chart. We flew through various wildlife refuges at altitudes as low as 1500 ft MSL. We did not see any wildlife refuges on WAC chart. Noticed these on VFR sectional chart later on in the day. Perhaps in the future, we shouldn't do any low altitude flying over unfamiliar areas without at least a sectional chart.

Narrative: FLT FROM SEA TO BLI. NO PAX ON BOARD. CANCELED IFR FLT PLAN TO FLY LOW ALT AND DO SOME SIGHTSEEING. ONLY VFR CHART IN USE WAS A WAC CHART.
