Narrative:
Scheduled flight from mco to bwi. At FL330, 120 NM south of ric VOR, we were given a descent crossing restr of 80 NM south of ric at FL290. Planned to begin descent at 100 mi south to meet restr when flight attendant entered cockpit to offer us sandwich snacks. Distraction prevented a timely descent and we missed the altitude restr by 5 mi.
